Hi, My current flatmate is relocating - as a result a light and airy double room will be avaliable from Saturday 21st August for a clean and tidy, non smoking female professional - ideally in her late twenties plus. You will be sharing a 2 bedroom spacious first floor flat in Henleaze Gardens with me - a 28 year old easy going female professional - who enjoys the odd glass of wine, good food and hopes to find someone looking for a relaxed and happy home. You'll have a new double bed, large wardrobe with buit in drawers and a full length mirror. You'll be sharing a spacious lounge, lovely kitchen/diner with loads of storage - with washing machine, fridge /freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. Within a 2 minute walk of the front door you have Henleaze High Street and Westbury High Street....at the end of the road is the Downs. Within 5 minutes from the front door there is a Cinema, Waitrose, a few deli's, takeways and a handful of coffee shops. The doctor surgery, dentists and local library are around the corner. The number 54/1/U5 buses stop right outside the flat which will take you straight in to the city centre via Whiteladies Road/Temple Meads Station or the opposite direction - Cribbs Causeway - or it's a 30 minute walk to Clifton Triangle. The basic rent is £435.00 - per calendar month You can expect additional bills (Gas, Electricity, Water,Council Tax,Virgin Media package, TV Licence) to be between £150-£180 per month depending on time of year.
